His Excellency Chairman, Salem Al Shair 

​

A UAE national, graduated from California State University, Hayward, in December 1986 with a bachelor's degree in computer science.

 

Mr. Al Shair's career started in 1987 as a programmer with Dubai Municipality. Due to his valuable contributions and work ethic, Mr. Al Shair advanced to become the Head of the Support Services unit in the same Municipality. Mr. Al Shair's experience and entrepreneurship have led him to become one of the founders of an IT Center in the Municipality.

 

In January 1993, and as a member of a group of seven, Mr. Al Shair was assigned the role of establishing the Department of Economic Development in Dubai whereby he was put in charge of the IT, Administration, and Finance Division within that department.


In 2000 he was handpicked by H.H, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the President's Deputy Prime Minister, and the Ruler of Dubai to become a member of the eGovernment Executive Team in charge of establishing the 1st e-government in the Middle East. Mr. Al Shair’s task was the establishment a roadmap for Dubai's eGovernment, establish a network connecting all government entities, and launch the official portal for Dubai's government entities' eServices.

 

 The cooperation between His Excellency Salem Al Shair (the chairman of Al Shair Group) and GET-Jo / GAT Dubai started in mid-2013, it included presenting special high-tech and technology-related projects to the UAE governments. His Excellency’s support for our initiatives was, and still is, a great inspiration to our teams.

Fahad Mohammad Mir Hashem Khoory

​

In 1995, Mr. Fahad Mohammad Mir Hashem Khoory earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Higher Colleges of Technology, Dubai. and upon concluding his degree, Mr. Khoory joined Dubai Civil Aviation Finance Team. 


Presently, Mr. Khoory is leading the operations of more than 20 NOS, including sectors in trading, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, transportation, technical consulting, as well as food and beverages companies, etc. ​

We started our cooperation with Mr. Khoory and his group back in 2013, his commitment to our operational goals was of strategic value to our advancements. His group was successful in managing a cooperation strategy between the UAE government and our organization as early as 2014.

Professor Francesco Pedrielli

​

In 1967, Mr. Pedrielli earned his Ph.D. degree with honours in physics 

​

His achievements date back to 1982 when he developed and directed an industrial research laboratory DATA PRAXIS SISTEMI, a centre that was appointed as the official laboratory for small and medium-sized industries by the Italian Research Ministry.​

​

Between the years of 1982-1992, Mr.  Pedrielli led the Industrial research on environment, signal analysis, acoustics, vibration in civil engineering, electronics, automatic instruments for plastics characterization, robots, CAD, quality standards assessment, and factory automatization.​

​

As a result of his research, nearly thirty publications were issued in Italian and international reviews.

​

Professor Pedrielli has been playing a vital role in regard to our system's ultramodern plans, his impressive contacts with elite EU / Italy-based R&D centres, furnished our organization with the necessary edge it sought. Professor Pedrielli Has been nominated to our board membership in 2017.

Pietro Kostic

​

A renowned figure in the Italian / European high-tech industry. He has spent 29 years in private and multinational companies, gaining national and international experience in managing and developing high-tech companies in diversified sectors.


   Pietro Kostic began his career in 1984 and is called to the General Directorate of SGE (General Elastomer Companies) - Reef Marine S.p.A. of the Olivetti Teknecomp Group, dealing, at the initial stage, to activate and manage the guidelines for commercial technical expansion in the medical, military, underwater and computer components industries. 


   In 1988 he was called to start up an initiative of Interbancari Services for a product destined for pleasure craft and Italian shipbuilding: Blu Card / CartaSì was born and Kostic was appointed Chief Executive Officer. 

​

  In 1991 he moved to Barcelona (Spain) and was appointed Managing Director and General Manager of Cirsa Corporation Italia, a multinational gaming and leisure company.


   In 2000, Kostic was called by Motorola Group to the General Directorate of Soc. Motorola/Win Systems Ltd, with the participation of two major international companies: MOTOROLA (USA), and CIRSA (Spain) whose core business is the integration of Real-Time Application (RTA) systems:


  In 2001, the Rome branch became a limited liability Italian company named WIN / MOTOROLA Italia S.r.l.  


In this field, Kostic is appointed President of the Olivetti / Telecom Group R & D Airport System.


At the national level, among other things, Kostic's activities lead to:
 

  • In December 1997 he was appointed Knight, Order of Merit of the Italian Republic;

  • In July 2008 he was awarded the office of "Huespes de Onor" of the Argentine Republic, La Plata Province.

Mr. Issam Abu Issa

Dr. Bulat Gaifullin

​

Dr. Bulat Gaifullin as the CEO of Interface.ru company will be supervising GAT Technology Transfer and its  G.I.S.C. Moscow-based financial and administrative tasks. 

​

He is an IT specialist, entrepreneur, one of the founders and the first president of the RUSSOFT association, and creator of the Silicon Taiga software developers alliance. Expert in the field of gerontology, and aging processes - Secretary of the Gerontology Section of the MOIP MSU, member of the Board of the Moscow Branch of the Gerontological Society at the Russian Academy of Sciences, member of the Canadian Longevity Association and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine ( A4M ). The main area of ​​interest is Practical Longevity (information analytics and practical projects in the field of slowing down the aging process)

Walid Abu-Hadba

 

Mr. Walid Abu-Hadba has been the Chief Product Officer of Ansys, Inc. since joining in April 2013.  

​

He served as the Corporate Vice President of the Developer and Platform Evangelism Group at Microsoft Corporation since February 2008. Mr. Abu-Hadba led efforts to build a vibrant solutions ecosystem through evangelism, community engagement, and audience marketing. Prior to leading D&PE, Mr. Abu-Hadba served as Vice President of Enterprise Specialist Sales (ESS) in the Enterprise and Partner Group of Microsoft, where he defined and executed strategies for the specialist team that helps customers meet their business needs using advanced technologies.  

​

Mr. Abu-Hadba joined Microsoft in October 1991 to manage consulting for Microsoft Consulting Services. Later, he served as the Practice Manager of Microsoft’s Advanced Technology Consulting Practice. Mr. Abu-Hadba holds Bachelor’s degrees in Systems Engineering and Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Abu-Hadba started supporting our work in 2015, his valuable support and guidance were of strategic value to our organization, and his recent meetings with our GSSC members in Amman Jordan, and with nominated board members in Dubai were very inspiring, he gave us a much better view of what to expect to face in the next few years, and how to place our humble operation as a globally recognized firm. Mr. Abu-Hadba was nominated as a board member of GAT Dubai in 2016.

Feroz Sanaulla 

 

Mr. Sanaulla  has over 20 years experience in the private equity, venture capital, and M&A Integration, in addition to consultations. As the founder of the Middle East, Turkey and Africa office of Intel Capital, Mr. Sanaulla contributed to accelerating the frontiers of technology across the region via strategic relationships with companies in the context of driving significant positive financial returns for Intel. In the course of his career Mr. Sanaulla has advised on, or led, multiple transactions, including disposals, M&A integrations, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments and financing with a combined value in excess of US$ 3 billion.

 

After leading the investment arm of the Intel Corporation, Mr. Sanaulla   has contributed as an investor in several successful US based innovative technology startups.  He has consulted with various international companies on strategic growth into the Middle East and is a council member on the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) platform. Regionally, Mr. Sanaulla   has served as an independent investment committee member at the Etqaan Sharia Fund (TNI/KAMCO).  Mr. Sanaulla   also founded Emerging Circle, a financial technology company aimed at providing intelligent capital for growth companies in the UAE. 

 

Mr. Sanaulla obtained an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and a BS (Honors) from University of Maryland, College Park.​

Mr. Sanaulla started his association with GET-Jo back in 2009, through the last eight years, he gave us his complete support and provided us with valuable and insightful advice. Mr. Sanaulla was nominated as a board member of GAT Dubai in 2016.
